What does a treatment consist of?

1st visit will be approx 75-90 minutes

Follow up visits will be approx 45-60 minutes  

Your session will include the insertion of small, thin, flexible needles into acupuncture points on the body.  Some treatments will consist of half the time face up and half face down, depending on what I am treating.  You will be in a relaxing setting with music and low lighting to allow you to rest while the needles to do their work.
