I have been in practice since 2011 and maintained a private practice in San Diego until relocating to the Treasure Valley in 2019. My passions are working with infertility, pain, sports injuries, migraines and digestive disorders.

With my Acupuncture treatment, your body and mind will begin to balance, taking away pain, stress and correcting any symptoms that you are suffering from. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally, emotionally and physically. Your 60 minutes in my office will be relaxing and healing. I use a very gentle needling technique for those afraid of needles.

Acupuncture can increase fertility by reducing stress, increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs and balancing the endocrine system, according to several studies and medical research. Among many other benefits, acupuncture can provide better blood flow to the ovaries and uterus, creating a stronger chance for an egg to be nourished and carried to term. Because I personally know the anguish you may be experiencing as you struggle with infertility (it took me 5 years to get pregnant and carry a baby to term), working with fertility has become a passion of mine.

Chinese herbal medicines are prescribed either in pure form or combined in formulae. A well-constructed formula targets the condition, while counteracting and minimising the unwanted effects of an individual herb. Chinese herbal medicine can assist with general health maintenance and disease prevention. By strengthening and enhancing normal body functions, the immune system is boosted and a general sense of well-being promoted. Herbs are usually prescribed in a capsule form, but can also be taken as a tea.

These 3 therapies are all safe & effective. Moxa is more than just the application of heat. The warming effects of indirect Moxa enhances the proper flow of Qi and blood, balances the internal organs, and increases mobility of muscles and joints. Cupping & Gua Sha have been found to affect the body up to four inches into the tissues, causing tissues to release toxins, activate lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, help activate and clear the veins, arteries, and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks, and improve varicose veins.
